Forex Report

The forex report shows the summary of the forex transactions made in a particular period.

How to view the forex report

To view the forex report you go to Cash ->Forex Report and a screen will be displayed as follows:

• Reporting date from:  From the drop down box, select the date when the report should start, e.g. "01/09/2014" and in to drop down box select the date when the report should end, e.g., "03/09/2014".
• Buying/Selling/All: If you want the report to include only forex buying transactions then tick the Buying radio button, if you want the report to include only forex selling transactions then tick the Selling radio button or tick the All radio button to include all the forex transactions in the period.
• Currency: From the drop down menu select the currency for which you want to produce the report or tick the Check for all box to produce a report for all currencies.
• Cash: From the drop down menu select the cash account for which you want to produce the report or tick the Check for all box to produce a report for all cash accounts.
• Cashier: From the drop down menu select the cashier for whom you want to produce the report or tick the Check for all box to produce a report for all the cashiers.
• Branch Code: From the drop down menu select the branch code for which you want to produce the report or tick the Check for all box to produce a report for all branches.
• Cost Center: From the drop down menu select the cost center for which you want to produce the report or tick the Check for all box to produce a report for all cast centers.
• Order by: Loan Performer gives you several option by which you can arrange the data on your report. From the drop down menu select the order in which you want your report to be displayed.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Accounting Report Formats.

Click on the OK button to view the report which will look similar to the following:

Click on the Close button to exit the menu.
